Q: I've paid my renewal premium but have changed my mind, what do I need to do?

A:

If you pay your renewal premium and then decide to cancel the policy, provided that you tell us before your renewal date we'll refund what you've paid in full.

If you cancel your policy or any of the additional covers within 14 days of your renewal date you'll be entitled to a refund of any premium paid less a charge for the number of days for which cover has been provided.
