Q: How does the ‘Guarantee to beat’ offer work?


Call 03457 46 46 46^, and keep your membership number and renewal notice to hand.

We’ll take you through a quote, and if our price doesn’t beat your renewal quote price, then we’ll offer to refund you the difference plus £1 if the level of coverage is the same, including optional extras.

What happens next?

  • send us a copy of your renewal documentation to within 30 days of buying your policy
  • we’ll confirm whether or not your documentation has been accepted and send you a text message within 24 hours of us receiving it. We’ll get in touch, if not, to discuss your options
  • if your documentation is accepted, your refund will be paid within 70 days of receipt. We’ll pay the money straight to the card you used to buy your policy, or if that’s not possible, send you a cheque.
