Q: How do I use live chat on your site?

Look for the icon on the right hand side of our Car,  Home and Young Driver product pages, in our Pet quote tool, or, if on a mobile, scroll down.

Desktop button: Chat now on a computer or laptop 

Mobile button: Chat now on a mobile phone or tablet

For car, home and young driver, you can use our online chat service when there is an operator available. The live chat service is there to:

  • help you through the quote process
  • answer general queries
  • discuss specific details of your policy.

For pet, the live chat service is there to:

  • help you through the quote process.
