Q: I'm deaf and unable to ring your call centre, what alternatives are there?

A:

1) Use our online chat feature. When there is an operator available, you can chat online; look for the icon on the right hand side of our Car and Home product pages or if on a mobile, scroll down.

Desktop button: Chat now on a computer or laptop 

Mobile button: Chat now on a mobile phone or tablet

2) BT’s Text Relay. People with hearing difficulties can use a text phone to interact with us, using an operator as an intermediary. To use this service dial 18001 46 46 46^.

3) Communication by post. Write to us at the addresses below. Please sign the letter yourself and include your policy number; you'll find this on any letters relating to your policy that we've sent you.
