Q: I have paid my renewal premium but have changed my mind, what do I need to do?

A:

If you pay your renewal premium and then decide to cancel the policy, provided that you tell us before your renewal date we will refund what you have paid in full.

If you cancel your policy within 14 days of your renewal date you will be entitled to a refund of any premium paid less a charge for the number of days for which cover has been provided.

If you cancel your policy after 14 days of your renewal date please refer to your Policy document for full details of how your cancellation is calculated.
