Q: How do I renew my home insurance?

A:

We will send you a renewal invitation at least three weeks before your renewal date outlining the terms and conditions under which your policy may be renewed for the next twelve months, the premium required, and any changes to insurance cover. If any details have changed please contact us on 0345 600 2918^.

If you pay by Direct Debit, to ensure there is no interruption in insurance cover, your policy will be automatically renewed on the information we currently hold. If for any reason we are unable to take the first Direct Debit payment your policy will be cancelled from your renewal date.

If you pay annually by debit or credit card, please contact us on 0345 600 2918^ before the renewal date to arrange payment. Your renewal premium should be paid no later than the renewal date as the policy will expire at midnight on the renewal date if payment is not received. Policyholders paying by post or at a bank or building society should allow 7 days prior to the renewal date for the payment to reach us.

We do not currently offer the facility to renew online.
