Q: I do not wish to renew my home insurance with you, what do I need to do?

A:

If you pay by Direct Debit, to ensure there is no interruption in insurance cover your policy is set up to automatically renew on the information we hold. If you do not want your policy to renew in this manner please contact us on 0345 600 2918^ before your renewal date.

If you pay annually by credit or debit card, you don't need to do anything. Unless you contact us before your renewal date to arrange payment we will assume that you no longer require cover and the policy will expire at midnight on your renewal date.
