Q: I don’t wish to renew my pet insurance with you, what do I need to do?

A:

Direct Debit: To ensure there is no interruption in insurance cover your policy is set up to automatically renew on the information we hold. If you don't want your policy to renew in this manner please contact us on 0345 075 4582^ within 28 days of your renewal date so we do not take a payment.

Annual card payment: You don't need to do anything. Unless you contact us before your renewal date to arrange payment we will assume that you no longer require cover and the policy will expire at midnight on your renewal date.
