If you're having trouble paying for your travel insurance online, make sure you check all of your personal and payment details.

Ensure you've entered the correct card number.

Check the expiry and/or valid from date has been entered correctly.

Also, make sure you have entered the correct security code (CVC). This code is the last three digits shown on the back of your card over the signature strip. If you're paying with an American Express card, the CVC code is the 4 digit number on the front of the card.
