Q: Can I change my policy?

If you've purchased Co-op Travel Insurance and you don't feel that it's the right policy for you, or you've noticed a problem with your policy, please contact us as soon as possible.

As you're entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period, we'll be able to amend or cancel your existing policy, issue you with a full refund and offer you a policy that's more suitable.

To arrange this, please contact us on 0330 400 1626^.

Please be aware that the cooling-off period doesn't apply to single trip policies which end within 31 days of the date they were purchased.
